"My first visit to Mexico City for a week's vacation. My goal was to live like a local but with the amenities of a hotel. This accommodation satisfied that desire. The location was perfect for shopping and museums. I was able to cook for myself with the small kitchenette in the room, and there was a local grocery chain nearby. The WiFi was good. There's a small, but serviceable gym on the property. My only quibble was the lack of security. The lobby door seemed to be left open 24/7, which seemed like a risk for the guests in such a large metropolitan area."

"I cannot thank enough the staff at Presidente Chapultepec. I traveled with my two college aged granddaughters one of whom was in crutches . The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Whenever we went down to the lobby and back in the hotel we met at least four or five staff members asking if they would help. We had stayed at the hotel in 2019 and were eager to return. The place has been completely remodeled, ample rooms and wonderful beds."
