"Loved the Hotel Dama. Stayed in two rooms on the first floor and would have preferred a upper floor but not available. The staff at the front desk and in the restaurant were wonderful. "
"Great location, you could not find a better place in Polanco in terms of walking to all the restaurants, parks, cafes, etc. Really nice and helpful staff. We had a 2 bedroom unit for 5 of us and it worked great because the couch was also very comfortable for sleeping. We loved it. "
"We loved everything about this place. It's an ideal location, as you're steps away from a park and very close to lots of places to eat. It was very comfortable with lovely amenities. We will look to book it again on our next trip!"

"Hotel Park Villa is a beautiful, genteel hotel, perfectly located next to the Chapultepec Forest park, within walking distance of several great museums and restaurants. I spent a week there, having it as my base to exploring the city and the culture and plenty of nearby nature.
The staff was particularly attentive and helpful. I asked a lot of questions of the front desk staff. Sofia and Cesar were so fantastic in this regard--thank you!
I will definitely come back here again alone or with family. Thanks for a great experience!"
