"We loved everything about Hotel Bellas Artes. It’s so close to everything. Bellas Artes is right around the corner and Casa the Azulejos. There’s so many things to do around there. The hotel itself is beautiful, modern and the room was bigger than what we expected. The staff were super sweet and attentive. There’s a bank right across the street, and restaurant right next door. We love staying here! "

"This was a terrific experience for my first time in Mexico City. Hotel is pretty much centrally located to many points of interest. Breakfast was great. Premium level rooms definitely worth it. Staff was very helpful and attentive. "

"My first Room was nice but the Hotel is under construction and the Noise level is very load on the lower floors. I was moved to an upper floor to a very nice room but the Air conditioner was not working properly. They moved me again to a 3rd room which had no issues. The staff was very nice. The outside pool is out of order and is disrepair. There is a steam room and hot tub but the hot tub was like warm and the control was no working. There is no Sauna. Overall I would say choose another hotel at this price point until the hotel has completed there renovations. "

"The room was very clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful at all times, parking is great and very safe, and the area is close to everything. Honestly it is a great place to stay and it’s pretty quiet and peaceful place. There are places to eat steps away for breakfast or lunch and the Alameda park is less than two blocks away, overall it was a very positive experience and I will surely be back. Thank you to everyone on the New York Hotel team for being so kind! 100/100 "
