Incredible stay. Amazing staff, room, and amenities. The breakfasts were such a nice perk and delicious. One of our favourite hotels we've ever stayed at! Would 1000% recommend, and we can't wait to visit again in the near future.

This gem is unassumingly tucked away in a corner of the city’s highest-end neighbourhood, merely steps to world class boutiques, artisan shops and a plethora of dining options. The property was very private and we felt by times like we had the whole space to ourselves. The daily breakfast was incredible, with nice fruit, yoghurt, cheese, juice, and a special feature each morning. We had a wonderful stay!

Very classy. Loved the unique salons on every floor. Caesar at the front desk, and the dining staff were very personable. The housekeepers were very friendly. Fabulous decor, art and architecture throughout the establishment.

Staff was unbelievable, helpful and friendly and warm, helped me when I was sick! Helped package things for the plane, etc. Rooms were clean and design forward! I can't say enough, we will definitely be back. Great safe location, close to park and everything Polanco. Staff attended to every need, and then some! Breakfast was delicious, concierge service went above and beyond. Perfecto!

Stylish Boutique is a Must See

We had a wonderful stay at Campos Polanco during our most recent trip to Mexico City. I moved around our dates to accommodate their availability, as there are only a few rooms in this chic-boutique, and I'm so glad I did. I couldn't stop raving about our experience the entire time. The people who work there are very kind, knowledgable, and willing to help and assist with nearly any request. Breakfast was delicious every morning, and we enjoyed sipping complimentary Mezcal pours on the rooftop in the afternoons. The location of the hotel is perfect, just a block or so away from Lincoln Park and so many shops and restaurants within walking distance. If you're considering staying here just do it! The rooms are expansive and beautifully designed. I will definitely book time here on my next trip to Mexico City. Thank you again to the wonderful folks who work here that made this a memorable and special experience for us.

Quite possibly my new favorite hotel. They have a Michelin star from 2024 and it really shows. The rooms are all very spacious and well appointed, and if you can swing it try to get a residence. It’s just a king size bed with a bathroom but it has a separate kitchen and living room and a whole wall of windows that look through trees out onto the street. Floor to ceiling. Everything in there is exactly how I wish my home would be :-) I can’t wait to come back.

This is easily the best hotel we'd ever stay in! Its really safe and quiet. No one can access the front door, only guests.The Staff makes you feel at home, Tania was really helpful and really nice. The whole staff is. The decor is outstanding, you just want to move in and live there! I cant wait to come back, this hotel made us want to visit Mexico City more often!

Great hotel with a fantastic team in a fabulous location. The only problem was that they rent the hotel to have external events and the common areas in the hotel are small, so it is VERY disruptive to hotel guests. They are gracious and accommodating but while we were there there were 3 events and all the additional people and movement was definitely a thing.

The attention to detail at the property and our “Residence”, left us not wanting to leave. Luxurious and tranquil, we experienced throughout our stay We felt pampered by the staff. There aren’t enough superlatives to give the staff. Their level of service at every encounter left us beyond satisfied, and thankful we chose this hotel. There are so many wonderful little extra surprises we experienced during our stay, that I will not mention. We can’t wait to return back to Hotel Polanco

Outstanding hotel, location and staff

Frankly, this was one of the finest hotel stays we've ever experienced. We are lucky enough to travel the world, and would put this amongst our very favorite stays. We rented one of the apartments for 2 weeks. The design is gorgeous, and it is as comfortable as you can imagine. Literally these people have considered every possible need and met it. The bedding was sublime, the kitchen is fully stocked, the lighting is perfect, the breakfasts are wonderful, and mezcal/tequila in the evening was a nice touch, and there is a rooftop deck with beautiful views and a cozy fireplace that we enjoyed. I could go on and on, but most important was the amazing staff. Every person was helpful and supportive....reservations....tending to sick guest......organizing rides....making phone calls....nothing we requested was a problem. The location is super also....right on a park and at the edge of Polanco, yet just a 2 minute walk and you are in the thick of the party with shopping, restaurants, etc. We'll be back.
