Clean and affordable. It is easy to get around this area. I believe the property notes indicate soundproofing, however, you could hear everything from upstairs room and the hallway. The front desk staff are incredibly helpful and courteous.

As others have mentioned, the noise from the hallway easily penetrates under the entry doorway. Likewise, noise from neighboring room was noticeable through bathroom vents. But this was a minor nuisance. Given the price I paid and the exceptional cleanliness of the property, I honestly have no complaints. I will consider staying here again if I return to CDMX.
