It was an awesome overnight stay before my flight to YVR. Early check in was fast, smooth and yet customer-friendly. Thanks to Paulo for his very professional assistance.
Room was clean and spacious overlooking the pool. Staff made another visit to make sure we have enough drinking water in the room and additional slippers. Shopping mall and restaurants are conveniently connected and easy to find. Close to airport Terminal 1 too.
We were happy and contented with everything. Highly recommended and am sure don't mind to be back.

the staff were slow. We checked in quite late due to the constant flight delays. But it took them long to just check us in. It also took them long to just provide a simple razor. when checking out the staff chose to service a girl behind me, pretty much skipping 2 people ahead of her. Overall the service was not befitting of the Hilton name.
