Pasay hotel rooms a the Ascott

Love the breakfast selections which varies from western, Indian, Chinese and Asian

This is really an amazing hotel, we had fun and enjoy the birthday of my daughter. Trulywill refresh you and your whole family! The swimming is our favorite part.

great location, clean nice facilities good size room

Breakfast had a lot of international selection. It had a wide spread of buffet. My family loved it. The staff was also kind and did some conversations. We were allowed to watch the World Cup at the lobby lounge. The experience was worth it. They also gave us complimentary drinks when we arrived.

Enjoyed my stay. Hope to stay here again. room was excellent, location perfect and staff was always eager to help. got to use the fitness center, was quite happy. I loved the quality and choices of food at the breakfast buffet.

I had an amazing stay. But the brekafast is not good.

Alright, I'll give you 'the good', 'the bad', and 'the ugly'. Savoy is, for some reason, VERY security conscious. They will run a mirror on a pole under your car (and check the trunk) when you pull up. I guess that's good (no, big deal). But, my girlfriend and I went out every day for walks and shopping. Staff recognized us every day. It was never a problem getting back into the hotel. It's VERY convenient to get to the international terminal of the airport. It should cost only about...

Price was worth it. Will book again

Super, they allowed us to check out 2pm.

The property’s parking is very tight and challenging to navigate. People with large SUVs need to be aware. Only a slight challenge if you’re a decent driver.

inspite old building in a busy area still good , staff are accommodating ..

We always stay here when we go to concerts in the area. Every time and this is our 4th time we have never had a problem. Novotel Manila is an excellent hotel. Breakfast is amazing. The staff are extremely proficient. The hotel is right in the middle of shopping malls and restaurants.

Really appreciated attention to detail and full satisfaction.

Room was great although the space is small. Parking is limited so we had to park in nearby area and just transfer to the hotel when the slot was available. There is no option for valet as well, so this is a bit inconvenient. The place is very accessible to High Street which was a big plus. Their coffeeshop has limited seats. The hotel was fully booked when we were there, so there was a long queue in the buffet breakfast. Overall, we had a great time.

Nice rooms, nice location, great service and good breakfast. A bonus was that the soap/shampoo smelled so good

Lyka was great!
