Julio and Rosa did a fantastic job at making us feel welcome. The staff are very friendly and want their guests to have a great time in Pas. The hotel is located very close to the mountain and is situated close to shops/supermarkets. The restaurant area has a very nice atmosphere and we spend a few of our nights eating and drinking in there. The room was small for 4 adults, but the hotel provides a locker to store ski equipment in. The room is quite basic but is what we needed for a ski trip. The electricity in the hotel occasionally cut out some evenings, but overall the stay is great value for money!

Hotel Merino- Thanks Guys!!!!

Fantastic small hotel, 4 minutes walk to the Grandvalira ski facility, less than 1 minute from the main Pas de la Casa Bus Station. The bar and restaurant is excellent serving the best food we had anywhere in the resort, top quality drinks brands on offer, very comfortable setting, there is also a restaurant and bar above the ground level facilities which serves all day and is the breakfast venue, breakfast is superb . Lift or stairs to rooms above, the rooms are adequate, warm and clean with a reasonable shower, each level has lockers for ski equipment. What really makes this establishment shine is the staff, Julio and his team are fantastic, courteous and friendly and extremely friendly with younger families, they made our holiday!!! We are definitely returning next year, February 2023, and will be staying at the wonderful Hotel Merino, thank you everyone at this establishment, you are the best!!

Basic and reasonable vfm

Basic but reasonable value for money - although they insisted they had not been paid by Hotels.com and we had to pay again.
