Power went out shortly after we checkin. It was out for over 2 hours. There is no cell service there or else I would have called expedia to complain and try to swap hotels.There was an ashtray outside my room so people's smoke kept going in my room . Had tgis not been the only motel in the area I would have stayed elsewhere. Though they have wifi it kept going out our entire stay making it hard to watch anything when we did have power. I would not recommend this place nor will i return to it

I am sorry to hear about the unpleasant stay you had at my property. Yes the power did go out for 2 hrs, but I had also told you that the entire town of parsons and the surrounding area was out. You didn't state that you wanted a refund at that time. The property is exterior and have a few smoking station, if some one was smoking outside your room you did not call the front desk in that case we would have taken some action , if the wifi was not correctly working you did not notify the front desk we would have resolved the problem. Upon checking out you did not complaint once about anything. Leaving me a 1 out of 5 for the power outage is not right. I take alot of pride in my property and my reviews show it. FYI if you have a problem please tell the front desk so they can resolve the problem right then and there

The motel was very nice and clean and updated. The owner takes pride in this place!

The rooms are excelent. Clean and comfortable. The owners are couteous and nice. Loved our stay. We will definitely stay again.

Very friendly owners on property. Clean. Not many options in this small town for hotels/motels. This property a "gem". Owners very accommodating.
