Unclear about extra fees and charges before checking in. There’s a charge for parking at $15/night. Deposit is $50/night. None of this info was disclosed on hotel website or third party one. Bathroom could’ve been cleaned thoroughly. Dishes were dirty, no ice machines in hotel where they offer kitchens. Had to switch rooms first night due to them being unprepared n not having the proper equipment needed to remove extra lock. Just a lot of inconveniences that could of be avoided if proper communication was given.

I Dont like you have to pay for parking........other than that, hotel is cool.

What i didn't like was that the pool was closed and it stated it was open. Thats why i made reservation there . To ise the pool.

Property was great. Room was clean and very comfortable. Only negative is that you have to pay for parking.

Great property for a short stay though it’s strange that you have to pay for parking separately.

The property had amble space in the deluxe room and convenient parking. Close to major rail transit transportation for going into NYC. Not much space for a friendly walk but definitely possible to walk next door to some local plaza. Would recommend for those wanting to visit NYC for a day and staying a reasonable distance away from the city.
