Great facilities, but horrible service. Every time I stay there I tell myself "last time" and then give it one more chance and next stay is worse than the previous. Within 2 days and 2h in the spa no service was available there - no bar, no chance to purchase additional spa services. The rooms have such bad walls that at 6am Sunday morning we heard a German lady yelling at her kid and the kid crying - it sounded like they were in our bathroom...

On the beach and in walking distance to the town and many eateries. Offers mud baths, massages that are popular. Good, modern hotel.

Nice hotel, but the service level is pretty poor. With great service, it would be an amazing hotel. Now it is just a meh and not really value for money.

Great hotel - make sure to do the spa!
Posted 14 Dec 2022 on HotelsWent in winter, so didn't get to experience the beach, but had a lovely evening celebrating my boyfriend's birthday. Our main reason for going was for the spa. I love that they let you wear the robes and slippers from the room to and from the spa...and the silent spa experience with the different saunas and Jacuzzis was great (but wish they had one with hot water). Make sure to allow yourself enough time to enjoy it all / don't rush that part. And of course, the bar within the spa area was genius. The massage itself wasn't great - very average - but we still enjoyed the experience. Before bed, we went down to the bar and had a drink and snack - trendy, upscale feel to it.
Easy parking, clean, cute rooms, great breakfast with a lot to pick from.

Great location and compliments to the chef.
The spa staff do not explain the spa services at all, like pulling teeth....few of us were floundering around trying to figure out the silent spa routine...etc.
Then for a 9 AM treatment they left me waiting and forgot so, I left and no one followed up.
Cleaning the room...they made the beds but, left towels strewn where they were...strange
