Constant bad odour from bathroom. Was very unpleasant.
Housekeeping also did not restock amenities during stay.
Desk staff were lovely. Was initially given an accessible room on check in and staff were able to reshuffle to move me to another room.
Rooms were quiet with minimal noise from other rooms heard.
Right next door to RCH with connecting corridor.
Not much food option within the direct vicinity of the hotel if you arrive after 8pm.
Overall a comfortable stay but nothing memorable.

It was really convenient to hospitals ,city, and shopping,very helpful staff,friendly and thoughtful.i will stay there again.

No swimming pool
Posted 28 Jan 2024 on HotelsThe hotel itself, the service and the location were all great. The only thing that let the hotel down was that on Hotels.com it showed there was a pool. I searched specifically for hotels with a pool in Melbourne and booked this one as it showed that. The kids were very disappointed after I told them we could go for a swim there.

Close to hospital

My daughter had an early appointment at the children’s hospital and the convenience of having somewhere clean and comfortable so close was amazing.
