Their rooms are relatively small when I have already booked a larger room size.
My room has ants issue. I found out when I checked in to my next hotel after opening my luggage.
They should consider removing all the plants around the entire external wall area. It's causing pest issue. And the balcony, no one would go out there when there are many pigeons hanging around.

our room was not cleaned the second night and the coffee machine water was not refilled for the last two nights. Could never reach the front desk by phone or chat, needed to go to the front desk for inquiry. Very good shower appliances and comfy bed, but the cleanliness quality needs to be improved.

Very clean and comfortable. The balcony was nice. It's on a busy street, so there's definitely street noise but that comes with the area. Within walking distance of many Paris landmarks. The staff were excellent.

AMAZING PARIS NEIGHBORHOOD, VERY NICE DESIGN HOTEL, BALCONY AND TERRACES MAKES THE EXPERIENCE MUCH BETTER. GREENERY IS SOMEWHAT AMAZING.

Metro (Pasteur) is right in front of the hotel, so it’s very convenient to go everywhere

We were the first of our group to arrive in the morning and understood that the room would be ready by 3pm so we went out to explore the town. However, the remaindkng of the group arrived later in the afternoon and were first to get their room and I was given mine past 3pm. I was falling asleep in the lobby and it wasn’t until I decided to ask someone at the desk what’s going on, that I finally got a room. I’m not sure if this was because they booked directly with the hotel that they got faster service or what but that was very disappointing. And then to top it off, they only provide one toilet paper roll per day and one tiny bar of soap and when the room is cleaned they forgot to refill all the toiletries so I was constantly asking the front desk for these to be provided. My stay wasn’t terrible but if I’m paying almost $2k for 4 nights then I shouldn’t have to be asking for all these things.
