The unique, quaint little hotel tucked away in a cul de sac off a bustling little farmer's market street was very nice. It is the type of place you want to find when in Paris. This was our first trip and we really liked the atmosphere. The room itself could use a bit of updating not in decor but maybe some of the bathroom appliances or fixtures, as the towel warmer would not work even after asking for assistance with how to use it and the shower water pressure was light and a different shower head may have helped if it had some adjustable options. Other than that we did not really spend much time in the room because we were exploring Paris!

Following check, and we realized that our room was substantially smaller than we thought. We asked for additional pillows which we never received. It was extremely loud outside of our room, as if we were in the midst of a construction zone. The room was very small and the beds were extremely hard. Too
Much furniture in the room for as small as it was

Very friendly welcome. Ten mins walk from L'arc de triomphe. Located in a nice area of Les Ternes, daily open market stalls (fresh fruit and fish) on the way to the main road.

They were very accommodating. I arrived very early for my reservation but was carsick from the ride from the airport and they found a room that had just been cleaned to put me in early. The staff is very nice and helpful.

It really needs an update, the air conditioning doesn't work, the bathroom was dirty with pubic hair.
I certainly, will NOT be returning.
The staff were lovely though. I did not make a complaint, we were only in Paris for 1 night.

You are right it is not normal to have a dirty bathroom (may be a need to pass the vaccum cleaner after the cleaning), the air conditionning was fixed right away. So it is a pity for us you did not complaint on the spot, be sure we make all our possible for every guest to be comfortable.
