This was the worst hotel experience of my life! Do not stay here. I reserved a “two bedroom suite” and the pictures I saw on the website (as well as the price) were reflective of what appeared to be a two bedroom suite. When I arrived at the property, I was charged in full for the five nights I reserved and taken up to the “two bedroom suite”. It was not a two-bedroom suite at all. It was two tiny hotel rooms adjoined by a door in the middle. Again, not reflective of the pictures that are shared on the Expedia website. Immediately I went downstairs and told them there was some sort of mistake and articulated my displeasure. They agreed that the pictures on the Expedia website were misleading but said there was nothing they could do and that I had to contact Expedia. At this point, I had already paid for the hotel in full ($4700 CAD!!) and they were refusing to refund me. I left the hotel (and found a more suitable one) and contacted Expedia for them to tell me that it was up to the hotel to refund me, not Expedia. I am yet to be refunded the $4700 that they charged me for a very misleading hotel room, not to mention I had to pay for another hotel room. The staff was not helpful and quite rude when trying to sort through this issue as was the Expedia representative. I have since escalated this issue to Expedia mgmt. and hoping to get some sort of response and refund. PROCEED WITH CAUTION!!

We do not recommend. Firstly, we were not permitted to check-in earlier than 3pm even though we understood a room of the type we had booked to be available. Our overall experience was determined by the room we were allocated. The ground floor and front of the building were extremely noisy through the day and night. Street level passers by literally just oustide the bedroom window could be heard clearly, and were able to look into the room unless the curtains were drawn. Inside the building the noise from other guests in the ground floor reception area and the hallway was overwhelming. We requested another room but were told none other was available for the duration of our stay. It would be hard to believe that this challenge had not been raised before with the hotel management. We have stayed in Paris many times before happily at other hotels. This experience was poor.

We regret that you did not report anything to us during your stay, we could have investigated to find the source of the noise which visibly disturbed you, it is a pity. The room was quite dirty, Wi-Fi never really worked despite taking with the front desk multiple times and had to pay extra data charges on our phones from the Wi-Fi not working.

However, it may be due to the fact that we are prohibited from moving and touching the personal belongings of our customers or that a "do not disturb" sign has been left on the door. In any case, by reporting it to the reception, a solution could have been found, we do our best to satisfy each request.And we are also sorry that you had a problem with one of our equipment (Wifi), we regret that you did not inform us during your stay. Some technical problems beyond our control may occur; these require restarting or the intervention remotely or on site by a technician from our internet provider. However, we have a high-speed wifi connection, free and available in all our rooms as well as in the various common areas of our establishments.We hope you will give our establishment another chance.Regards,
