The hotel is a little gem but the street leading to the hotel is a bit run down. The staff is incredible and very accommodating. I would definitely stay there again as the location is perfect to get around and the underground is a 3-4 minute walk.

Staff was super nice and the inside was decently clean. My hotel room key was given to me very dirty and sticky also it's just hard to ignore the surroundings of the building, location is terrible especially for females staying alone or children. I would possibly stay at this hotel again only if it was moved to a different location. I'm sorry, don't stay in north Paris

The hotel is fine and clean. We only stayed 1 night but the area surrounding ot dudnt look good at all.

The hotel was modern and had everything we needed. The breakfast was lovely with a large variety of high quality food.
The only fault was that the lifts and corridors weren’t particularly clean.

The hotel has air conditioning! Air conditioning! In Paris, that is almost unheard of! The staff was great. The room was large and clean. The bathroom, ample. The downside was the hotel was difficult to get to, but that can be said of many hotels in Paris. The area that surrounds the hotel is very diverse; it is not located in the bougie side of town, but the room rate reflected that. I would stay there again.

Didn’t realise that it’s a downtown hotel near international people. If at night as a woman on the road on her own it’s definitely not safe!!
Booked the room with a balcony and city view and when checkout to pay in Expedia website, it just mentioned that city view, thinking it was short word for balcony and city view. Very sneaky!! And got just the so call city view in which it was blocked by a building!! Room were very small where we had to walk like crabs!! But told it’s normal for Parisian hotels.
