Hotel refused to give us a refund as we booked the wrong dates by accident for 3 nights. We have immediately contacted with Expedia and Expedia contacted the hotel but the hotel refused to give us any resolution, not even partial refund. We also contacted the hotel directly but they do not respond to us at all. For a very expensive hotel, this is bad customer service and I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Central location in a safe neighborhood. Very spacious accommodations. Feels like a home away from home. Extremely clean as well.

Lovely property if your shorter than 6’

Location was great and hotel was very clean, however the bed was crammed into a room too small for it, I am 6’3” and did not fit in the bed and the gap to get passed the end of the bed was too tight.

Loved this property- quirky rooms but very comfortable 2 bed and 2 bathroom apartment. Hotel was very friendly and willing to help and make suggestions. Just have to watch out for the stairs which come through the dining area. On the fourth floor but there is a small lift that can one person or two large suitcases.

Fantastic staff, superb location and great local bistros/shops. Only gripe was that when we had the window open at night the automatic sensor lights in the bathroom kept coming on.
