It was a good experience. Stairs are not friendly for the elderly with luggage.
Wonderful residential area with lots of bakeries and grocery stores.

Overall, we had a great time at Residence Aurmat although we were asked to go to a different building than the one in the website. The place is spacious and clean and it has all the necessities we needed. The stairs put us off a bit because we were carrying big luggage but other than that, we had a lovely time. The owner(?) was very nice and friendly. :)

Only inconvenience with recycling: I got a big trash bin only on the last day. Guests have to take their own trash to common basement. No recycling of paper/plastic/etc.

Posted 19 Sep 2021 on HotelsThe room was small for the price. The kitchen, refrigerator, and microwave were placed in a small area, and I hit my head on a shelf several times.
The TV channel list said that international broadcasts would be available, but in reality, only French broadcasts were available, which was disappointing. There was a problem with the Internet being disconnected midway through the telework, but it was promptly taken care of. The staff was always quick to respond.

We have stayed 6 nights in the studio (3pax). The apartment is well-equipped with everything. It looks exactly as what the photos are.
Location - just one minute away from the subway station, a few supermarkets and many eateries.
Staff - The staffs are very friendly and helpful. They offered to carry the luggage given there is no lift in the apartment.
Apartment - It is equipped with all you need, the towels are so clean, the kitchen has everything you need, the dish cleaning sponge is new (some apartment did not provide new), the utensils are in very clean and good in condition, we love our BEDs (too comfortable), the aircon is working perfectly!! And there are 3 big windows in our room which provide brightness and wind. The shower room is abit small, but we are fine with that.
Overall, we really love this apart-hotel :)

Excellent location to visit the centre of Paris with a metro station around the corner. Lovely clean room with good dark curtains to keep out the light in the morning! Having a fridge and kitchenette was really handy.
