Rooms looked a little tired, lack of plug outlets, carpet worn out and our room had had a patch of carpet cut out and swapped which looked poor, lack of good quality tea/coffee making facilities. Spa does not have a jacuzzi which surprised us.

Helpful staff, great location for Disneyland. Pool doesn’t allow children in the evening… great for adults, kids could have done with a swim when we arrived but no great shakes. There is a pool and bowling lanes as part of the complex which was fun

12mins away from Disneyland Paris, Excellent duplex room for families, fridge, kettle, stove, large clean rooms, great shower and easy parking. Staff helpful, excellent Italian restaurant adjoining the hotel, plus spa and bowling alley, (which we didn’t use). Perfect for a stay during a visit to Disney. Also very close to supermarket, bakeries and petrol station to get all you need prior to visiting Disney. Because the food at the resort was poor!

Lovely clean hotel with helpful staff - safe car park and plenty of facilities at the hotel - we will definitely return!

Great location for Disneyland and the train into Paris, easy to drive to, very friendly staff - will use again.

Nothing unique about this property, absolute disaster, everything falling apart eg broken hand wash, broken tissue holder, plugs coming out from wall. The heater wasn't adequate for the room size, and then it broke (the hotel did provide an electric heater and offer us the chance to swap rooms on our last night) Also the cooker provided didn't work but even if it did no saucepans or utensils were provided. The location was perfect for us and the staff were nice and friendly.

Stay was very nice. Rooms were spacious and perfect for family of 4. Staff very friendly. Only problem was building work going on at hotel otherwise all good
