The staff is very helpful. Easy parking, the hotel is only 11 minutes from the airport car rental drop off

To start there's a £400 euro per room charge on a credit card so make sure you take one. This is not explained anywhere. It is far away from any transport so unless you are driving avoid. The reception team love to say No. Anything you ask will be met with a No. 5 euros for a bottle of water- make sure you take your own. Hot Breakfast is repetitive- noodles, soggy scrambled eggs, over cooked bacon and garlic potatoes. Toilet is in a tiny corner very difficult to use and seats are wobbly. Only go if you are over 5'10 and can reach the floor as toilets float in mid air. Our toilet also had a wobbly seat that was not fixed for 5 days. Shower has a 20 cm gap to get into. Glass is very hard to open so you have to squeeze through the tiny gap. Hotel is very stingy with towels and tea/coffee. If you book a room for 4 people you will get, 2 small bath towels, 2 tiny hand towels and 1 mat. No bath sheets. 1 sachet of earl grey tea, 1 fruit tea, 1 sachet of coffee. 1 sachet of sugar, and 1 pot of cream 1 stirrer if you ask for more it's a no. The water in the bathroom sink is not drinking water at least that's what we were told by the reception. And told to buy a bottle of water for 5 euros. Swimming pool has no steam room or sauna as advertised. If you do go swimming take your own, soap, towels as they are not provided. Also might need a pop up tent as there's no changing room either. Brunette receptionist with curly hair is very rude except to the pilots

The staff at this hotel love nothing more than to say No! The room we booked for 2 disabled guests were extreamly far away from the rest of our party. As my mothers carer I needed a room close by to her at night when she gets a hypos. 5 days the hotel was empty most of the time but would not change. Toilet had an extreamly wobbly seat which I requested be fixed but was not. Everytime they needed the toilet we had to walk 6 minutes to the lift go to the main reception area and use the visitor toilets in the lobby. On the first morning the house keeping threw the contents of her bin into the toilet which contained pantyliners that would not flush down. The swimming pool has no private shower, no steam room and no towels were provided. It also has no soaps and no changing room. The hotel are very stingy with towels. Only 2 towels per room even if you have booked for 3 or 4 people. Breakfast was repetive. Hot breakfast consists of flavourless scrambled egg, garlic potatoes and overdone bacon and some noodles. Thats all every single day. Each room is provided with one fruit tea bag, and one earl grey tea bag and one sugar and one coffeee sachet 2 tiny pots of creamer 1 stirrer. Even if you have booked for 4 people thats all you are allowed. Rooms are provided with 1 750ml water bottle. If you want more then its 5 euros a bottle. Even though the have a water dispenser behind the lifts they will not tell you. £400 per room charge on credit card. Make sure you take one

Very close to the motorway and hence convenient when driving from Calais. Wonderful and friendly staff, spacious lobby, rooms and restaurant... Paid parking behind hotel which can be paid at hotel reception during checkout.

The hotel entrance or main floor was very nice and inviting just like you see it on the website, however, when we went to the room we can tell that the halls to the rooms are old. The bottom part of our room door was ripped and right away we can tell that the room was really old although spacious even the bathroom.
