We booked this hotel as it was close tot he airport and we had stayed at a Millenium chain before and had a great experience. The lobby was beautiful and check in was great. The room however was very disappointing. The carpet had stains all over it. The bathroom tiles were chipped and had grout missing. And the worst part was the shower- the shower head was broken and there was no hot water. The bed was comfortable and clean and we were so tired we just wanted to sleep but we were very disappointed with the overall state of the room, especially cleanliness and accessibility to a good shower facility. Breakfast was included for us and it was fine although very crowded and the 2 employees seemed very overwhelmed. We used the airport shuttle which was fine but only drops you off at 2E so make sure you go with plenty of time to get to your terminal. It took us 30 min from when the shuttle dropped us off to be able to get to terminal 3 for our flight, thankfully we had left early.

The staff was very friendly. good impression but rooms need some upgrades. flooring absolutely needs new carpet, bathrooms are old with rust. My stay was short and appreciated because they was able to provide with suitable room. my first assigned room was just nasty(dirty old carpet). overall the Hotel needs to be updated.

This was definitely not a 4-star property by any stretch of the imagination. The only redeeming quality this hotel has is its amazing staff. Courteous and friendly faces greeted me from beginning to end. I ended my stay a night earlier and opted to switch to a nicer hotel in the city.

I just completed a stay at Millenium Hotel Paris Charles de Gaulle. I recently got married and chose this location for my honeymoon stay. Initially everything was fine but 3 days after arrival there was no pool or hot tub available to use. One of the reasons I chose this hotel was for the amenities offered. These amenities were not available to me or any of the guest during this timeframe yet I was charged a hefty room price without receiving a portion of what I paid for. I had a few issues with the room only being partially cleaned but that was taken care of after complaining to the front desk. The last and biggest issue I had was an issue with the daytime manager. upon checking out she lied and said I ate breakfast during my stay and was refusing to return my full room deposit. Her behavior appeared to be standard operating procedure when dealing with foreigners. I am American. My husband went down with another staff member to the dining area to confirm we never had breakfast there and I was eventually returned my full deposit. My issue is she had a date and time that the breakfast incident was suppose to have happened and it was not true. Luckily for me my husband speaks fluent French and was able to straighten the matter out. I am writing because I am very dissatisfied with my treatment and would not stay at this location again because of the issue with staff. I believe she is used to stealing money from foreign nationals.
