Exceeded expectations
Posted 1 Feb 2024 on HotelsWell connected, on the metro line. Good breakfast selection. Clean, spacious rooms. Fridge included. The staff were so lovely and agreed to leave a birthday surprise for my mom in the room. The only negative for me is that the mattress could have been more comfortable, but even at that, it was fine. Overall, I would absolutely stay again.

The amenities are basic, the service is exceptional! Every person we interacted with, was polite and helpful and ready to go above and beyond. Our daughter fell sick while in Paris, and the hotel went beyond in making us feel comfortable, and even arranged a doctor for us. Highly recommend!

Staff friendly, clean rooms, nice room products. Lovely big beds.
