We had a wonderful stay here. Our room was clean, with a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The area felt safe and well connected. The spa facilities are lovely, and very good value as it was all included.

Fantastic hotel great location

Fantastic hotel, perfect location for access to the Expo ground. Lots of buzzy restaurants around as well. Stunning view of the Eiffel Tower from my room. Only downside the TV channels were not working throughout my stay. Teabags & water not replenished throughout stay.

A quaint hotel located very close to the Porte de Versailles exhibition space. The hotel seems relatively new. Its clean, elegantly designed and functional. The minor quibble is the gym. The machines in keeping with the style of the hotel are quirky and interesting but not suitable for serious exercise.

has potential but really disappointed

This hotel has the potential to be great but let down by things within thier control. firstly a pre-survey was sent out and everthing I put on it was completely ignored, secondly the website states has aircon but they had switched it off, the room was so small that it was unbearably hot my whole stay and I could not sleep due to this, reported a number of times, nothing at all done despite promises. breakfast poor. decor is great, concept it great and could be a really good hotel but due to the issues i had and the complete lack of response or service to try to address these, coupled with how far it is from the centre and how expensive it was, I would not recommend at all

Regarding the pre-survey, we are aware that your preferences were not taken into account as they should have been, and we sincerely apologise for this oversight. We take this situation very seriously and are putting measures in place to improve our process for following up customer requests.Regarding air conditioning, we would like to clarify that our rooms are equipped with an air conditioning system, activated from spring onwards for ecological reasons. However, we should have been able to resolve any overheating issues by turning the system off, and we regret that this was not the case. Regarding breakfast, we are sorry that it did not meet your expectations. We place great emphasis on the quality and variety of our buffet, with both savoury and sweet options, including homemade cakes. We take your comments into account to improve our offer.We appreciate your constructive feedback and hope to have the opportunity to regain your trust in the future by offering you a more enjoyable experience.Best regards,Hotel Le Bellune

Excellent hôtel et service incroyable. Nous avons adoré. À proximité de l’ensemble des sites à visiter. Métro et train facile d’accès à quelques pas de marche
