This property has the best customer service, the front desk staff are the friendliest people in France. They all spoke French, English, and even some spoke Spanish, which was helpful for our family. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and available from 6am to 10pm. The problem lies in the uncleanliness. Our hotel room was very dirty from the bathroom to the beds to the carpet inside the room. Our room view was the street and it was very noisy in the morning and late in the evening. The hotel listed air conditioning as one of the amenities, however the four nights and five days we stayed there the air conditioning did not work inside our room and it was very very hot the week we were there, which sucked not going to lie.

Hotel bardzo ładny, położony blisko wejścia do metra. Obsługa bardzo miła i bardzo pomocna. Śniadanie dobre, nie było może ogromnego wyboru, ale jakość produktów na wysokim poziomie. Super opcja automatu do wyciskania soku z pomarańczy do śniadania, oraz automat do nalewania wody 24h. Bardzo podobał mi się pobyt.

Disappointing second stay at this property. We returned to the property after having a positive experience previously. This time we were very disappointed. The room was dirty upon check in. There were cigarette butts and dirt on the carpet. (it is a no smoking property). Fortunately the front desk staff did come and vacuum the carpet. While there is an elevator, it only services the newer portion of the hotel not the older section. Previosly we had stayed in the newer section and did not realize there was no elevator access in a portion of the hotel. The location is good with very easy access to the metro with can take you downtown with no changes/connections. Be aware is gets very busy during commute hours. Staff is excellent and the breakfast is more than adequate.
