The hotel itself is good with a comfortable room, good tea/coffee area and breakfast, and most of the front office staff were excellent. However, slow handling of major issues and slow measures to redress (refund due 24 hours ago and still not processed) means I wouldn't stay here again.

Extremely small rooms! The photos do not capture how small these rooms are!
There is literally no space to open a suitcase, and no closet space, definitely not suitable for two persons.
I was traveling with my elderly mother, and she could not walk to the bathroom without tripping over.
We really could not stay at this hotel and had to check out early. The staff was quite friendly but gave us false hope that the hotel management would refund our money for the unused portion of our stay. After months of emails and repeatedly calling Expedia, they refused the refund after 3 months.
They should clearly highlight the size of this room and not expect the user to read all the review comments.

Our photos on our website reflect the size of our rooms.
Also the guests of our hotel mention very often the size of the rooms in the revievs .
You chose the prepayd rate which is not refundable.

Excellent value for this area of Paris. Room compact but quiet, bathroom fine, breakfast a little disappointing, basic.
Close to secure car parks and metro stops.

It is a small hotel in a peaceful neighborg . Not a place for luxury vacation but for a tourist tríp.Good value for its price.
