There were ants in our room and bathroom. They also limited coffee to only morning hours. This is not acceptable. Every hotel I have ever stayed at offered coffee all day especially if there isn't a coffee maker in the room. I would NOT stay here again.

dear madamI can assure you that we do not have ants in the rooms. On the other hand, they can appear if you have food.not all hotels offer coffee all day and not in Ibis hotels. We used to do this but some customers filled their thermos. So we stopped.best regards

I was sceptical at first due to seeing the reviews of this place however was surprised at how good it was. The room was great, safe area, staff were nice and friendly and just felt good to be there. I’ll definitely come to this hotel again.

An unauthorized intrusion was allegedly permitted by reception staff and a resultant theft of property occurred and an official police report of travel, personal, financial, professional and academic documents binder were taken from suite 61 during a two hour dinner outing, discovered late that night/early morning next day.

Dear sir, you accuse without knowing what happened. what is our interest in stealing documents? the staff in place have been there for a while and we never have a problem of this type. experience shows that often clients find what they have lost or you may have misplaced your documents. I never draw conclusions at first glance. I can assure you that our mission is to satisfy you and not the other way around best regards

In need of much renovation.

I have stayed here many times in the past ten years but this time was truly different. The room I was given was in terrible condition. The floors were extremely stained and dirty, the bed was sunk in in the middle and very uncomfortable, and this was the absolute smallest bathroom I have ever seen. The handle in the shower protruded so far that simply turning would cause you to push the handle in and turn the shower off! The walls were so thin in this unit that I could hear the people next door very clearly. Basically the owners have allowed this property to get very run down. The small breakfast bar is not nearly as appealing as it has been in the past and if they run out of something like bread it is not replaced. I do hate to give this property such a low rating but I truly have no choice. I hope for their sake that they do some renovation work in the near future. My previous reviews are still up and can be seen on trip adviser. Happy and safe travels!

The main issue was the door from the bath - the lock was defective mechanical/blocked, you can't close the door, some problems with the window too.

This is a nice hotel, however, the room was very small with very little walking space. The bathroom was very tiny and was very hard to take shower. There was no A/C in the room and the windows didn't had any screen, so couldn't open the windows.
