No one ever wash the carpet in the room area so noisy, close to the hotel people aleep under the brisge ,hotel is a close to Paris Tribunal Police is riding all day and nights on blue lights

Please rest assured that our housekeeping team vacuum the carpet daily and it undergoes periodic deep cleaning with water and eco labeled products to maintain hygiene standards. Regarding the noise from the surroundings, we apologize for any inconvenience caused even if it is out of our control. The proximity of police station some of our clients perceived as an advantage as it assures the security but there might be some disadvantages experienced as in this case.We continuously strive to provide a peaceful environment for our guests and will look into ways to minimize disturbances from external sources. Our rooms are soundproof thus, with your windows closed no major noise should get you disturbed. There’s only one thing more upsetting about hotels that don’t allow guests to set their air conditioning below a certain temperature, and that is a hotel that decides which months they will allow their AC to work. That’s right. They turn off the air conditioning in all the rooms until their ownership decides that you are staying in their hotel during the months in which you are allowed to cool your room off. So, if you are roasting at night in a room that gets hit by the sun directly all afternoon, you get to decide if you won’t sleep due to the heat, or due to cars honking all night if you leave your window open. Dear Alfredo,Thank you for your comment, we would like your stay to be of better quality. In order to answer to your question the knowledge of most hotel heating/cooling system is necessary. It is simply not possible to have heating and cooling at the same time and the system is general for ALL the rooms (it is not individual air conditioning system to each of the rooms). As all our guests are different the feeling of temperature mau differ from person to person it is very difficult to adjust the system to the needs of all especially during the period when the temperature vary from one moment to another. Switching the system from heating to cooling (and vice-versa) for a such structure needs time and cannot be done within one day that is why you experience did not meet your expectations this time and we are sorry about that.We hope at least that the some part of your stay (not taking into consideration the disagreement of the heat) did go well and we hope to see you back again one day!Kind regards,Pawel K.Rooms Division Manager

Clean, modern, well maintained though amenities are basic. Breakfast not bad except waiter paranoid on using tray. Location not bad. Thumbs up

Please note that the use of tray is necessary so that at the end of your breakfast you can store the dishes on the tray trolley, otherwise it is not possible! Online it didn’t mention the room of 3 was for 2 adults plus child under 8. Booked a room for 3 and they didn’t allow one person to stay in a room that was able to fit us all. Once checked in, the room was not working so they moved the two of us to another room while claiming they had none for our third guest. Bathrooms were not as clean, the sink water would take time to go down. Bad experience that we had to go through after an 8 hour flight. Wish they were nicer/offered better services!

Good price, polite and helpful staff, relatively easy route into central Paris. Could do with better cleaning and maintenance.
