The hotel was really clean and rooms were cleaned every day and towels refreshed. The staff were helpful when we had a problem with our room and it was resolved straight away. The locations is pretty poor as not much around and we struggled to get a taxi but the metro is about 15 mins walk away.

The room was filthy and extremely tight. So tight you could not open a case on the floor. When telling the receptionist that it was dirty they said they could do nothing about it and when we said we would leave the hotel as we did not feel safe they said they were not refunding it and it was not their problem. We have stayed in Ibis hotel abroad and this is by far the WORST.

Lovely stay but the hotel is very basic no facilities in the rooms for tea coffee etc. the restaurant doesn’t open at weekends and there is no where else within walking distance to eat so not the greatest location. Staff were very nice and helpful but you need to ensure you have plenty of change or a card for the vending machines
