"This hotel is in a great location. So close to the Louvre and other attraction. The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and well appointed. They were renovating during the day, and the staff pre-apologized for any inconvenience, but there was never really any inconvenience. We used the pull out couch bed and it was comfortable. Very positive stay."

"Location not great. Small rooms, with no dressers. Shower/tub extremely hard to get in and out of, almost dangerous if you are older, or any disabilities. We did have a great view of the Eiffel Tower. "

They are renovating, so it’s a bit of a hassle, but they are doing everything they can to mitigate it. We even received a free room upgrade at no request. "This hotel is a great find. Very modern and efficient, had everything I needed except bottled water. It was cute and clean and the staff was very helpful. It’s conveniently located next to two large metro stations, so commuting into the tourist areas is quite easy after you figure out the system. I would stay at other CitizenM locations after this one. It felt very high-tech and chic. My room was very quiet and had such a lovely view of the Seine and the beautiful clock tower. The bedding was also very comfortable."
