This was a small, chic boutique hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. Housekeeping staff was a bit below exptations. Though told towels were to be changed daily, we had to ask for fresh towels on day 3. Also had to request wash cloths.

The staff in the hotels are all very friendly and nice!
Interior of the room is quite old, and I would say that have maintained it very well. The hair dryer holder gets too a little too hot to hold after a while. No bedroom slippers, toothbrush and hair conditioner. No house keeping done on one of the day when we are staying there. Good thing about this hotel, is that their room is warm enough with heater for winter season. There is a tiny lift in this hotel. It's walking distance to train station and shopping malls. Very nice Japanese food beside the hotel and authentic Korean restaurant within a short walking distance. Thank you!

Reception lady is very rude, property is on the older side, i honestly would not recommend. The only positive is the location.
