This property is in the perfect location. It’s my 3rd time in Paris and this is the best area I’ve stayed at. Also, the stuff is super friendly and the decor is amazing! The coffee place has really good prices which makes it easier to grab a coffee there in the morning. I’ll definitely come back.

Lovely hotel - only problem was the heating wasn't working and was very cold in the room

Overall A very trendy, modern and friendly hotel in a great location. Worth noting the ‘Cosy’ accomodation has very limited storage and hanging space for clothes. The shower is also tiny and not suitable for tall people. Despite its new appearance USB charging sockets were broken, the glass shower screen had been replaced with a shower curtain making the already small alcove less usable, the adjustable shower head fitting was broken and couldn’t be raised and other fittings were partially broken. We also found towels were not being replaced for multiple days without specifically being requested, despite not having anywhere to hang and dry towels resulting in using damp towels multiple days in a row.

Small hotel in great location.

The hotel is in a great location but definitely leans on the smaller side even for boutique hotels. The standard room is very small so I would only recommend for one person or 2 people that travel light. The main downside is that there is no lobby to have guests wait or to sit at. At the entrance, it is just the cafe, reception desk, and elevator, not one couch or anything.

Just passing the reception desk on the right, there is a lounge available for our guests to relax in. And it has several sofas. Unfortunately, you must have missed it.
