Very bad experience. They moved us to a 3 star hotel without even informing us in advance. They said that there is a technical problem with our room only having no water. I asked for the same 4 star hotel replacement but she said there is none available at the price I paid for (of course it is a last minute booking vs what I paid for 3 months ago). She said my option was a refund or to be moved to the 3 star hotel which happens to be owned by the same company. So either option leaves me short handed. The lady was not even sympathetic to our situation and sounded very condescending. I will never book with this hotel again.

Convenient location, only a few minutes walk to the metro stations. The neighborhood is also very safe, and I don’t feel any uncomfortable walking from the station back to hotel after midnight. Very friendly staff. Book the suite and it’s beyond my expectations for the price.

Great Service Good Location
Posted 6 Aug 2023 on HotelsThe hotel’s location is close to the M1 metro station, many cafes and patisseries, and Arc de Triumph. All within a 10 to 20 minute walk from the hotel. The staff service was excellent. When we arrived, we were surprised to find that the top floor room required us to climb two flights of stairs above where the elevator stopped and that the coffee maker was not working. The next morning the hotel manager volunteered to move us to another nicer room on a lower floor. They had our luggage moved by the time we returned from site seeing. Could not ask for better service.
