Staff were friendly and hotel was clean and lovely inside. The noise level around the area is quite high due to hospital and transport being close by but this did not affect our stay as you can’t hear it with the windows shut.

Quaint hotel with lots of food options nearby. Relatively quiet, and very clean.

We had a lovely stay here. Staff were welcoming and friendly which really helped improve our stay. This hotel is a little far away from many of the main attractions in Paris but we found that we could get everywhere we needed using the metro.

Short Stay in Paris

Nice hotel close to metro and Gare d'Austerlitz. Clean and comfortable but quite compact standard room. Nice breakfast but breakfast room pretty small for size of hotel.

Glorified student accommodation at best.

The hotel was a let down. It presents as a chic boutique hotel through their website and images but in reality is glorified student accommodation at best. 1. They take full payment upfront at check in which is rather bizarre. 2. The key card system was broken throughout our stay of 2 nights which meant staff had to accompany us to let us into our room every time we wanted to get. 3. The rooms are not very clean. The floor looked messy, the loo had stains. 4. The AC let out a damp and musty smell which meant we had to keep the windows open the whole time which meant it was very noisy from the busy street below. 5. There is no kettle in the room to make tea, they also don’t leave enough coffee pods or milk of any kind. 6. The breakfast is not with EUR15. It’s very basic and in the basement. 7. The staff are friendly and accommodating.
