Staff were very friendly and helpful. Assissted in making phone calls and pointing out attractions. Location couldn't be better. Metro only a 2min walk away, surrounded by restaurants, laundromat, a little convenience store 50 meters away. Room itself was bigger then i expected being paris. Really happy with our stay

The staff was super friendly!! This was my first time to Paris and this hotel was in a great location, affordable, and quiet at night. I would stay here again.

The hotel is not considerate enough to change the date of our hotel stay. It was a typo error that iinstead of 5/02 to 5/03 , maybe I accidentally click the 2/02 to 2/03 .And i noticed it last minute already. I even told expedia that why will i book on 2/02/-2/03 when jnfact my flight that i booked thru expedia was 5/01/24. It was an honest mistake but hotel were very inconsiderate!

A lovely hotel. Perfect for what we wanted. Fantastic location. Easy walking distance to all main tourist attractions plus shopping, restaurants and transport links. The staff were friendly, polite and always greeted you with a smile. The room was clean, nicely decorated, spacious and had everything we needed. There was little to no noise from the street outside and we felt very safe. We would highly recommend this hotel and will stay again.

Awesome room!

Hotel room was amazing! Very clean and comfortable; high ceilings with skylights and loft. Small kitchenette which was nice for opening a bottle of wine at night. Asked for more coffee pods but told that we could not get more because we did not book the hotel breakfast as part of our stay. We did want to explore some Paris cafes in the mornings but would have liked to have had some coffee in our room before venturing out. Did eat one breakfast at the hotel but was charged 5 euros more than the price stated on the hotel information packet in the room. Very convenient location to the Louvre. If you stay on the 4th floor, there are 75 spiral steps to climb with your luggage - quite a workout! We did love our stay and would recommend this hotel!

However, please note that you have complete access to our lobby coffee machines. Nevertheless, additional charges apply for usage if you haven't selected the breakfast option. Alternatively, we can arrange for the delivery of coffee directly to your room for your convenience.Upon reviewing your invoice, we can confirm that you were billed 17 euros per breakfast, which aligns with our standard breakfast price as listed on our website.We understand that our elevator only goes up to the 4th floor, and access to the 5th floor is via a staircase. We appreciate your patience in navigating this aspect of our hotel. In the meantime, we would like to assure you that our team is always available to assist guests with the luggage.
