I liked the updated decor and bathrooms. Location was central. I didn’t like the coffee situation.

We came here for our 1-year wedding anniversary and the experience has been absolutely fantastic from start to end. The staff is super friendly and professional. The rooms we stayed in and the entire hotel were very clean. We could not ask for better service or a better place to stay. Robin who we believe is one of the managers was absolutely excellent and helped us with many things. We would give this place 10 out of 10 stars. Merci beaucoup!

Very misleading pictures on Expedia. We had no idea how small the room was or how little lighting it had. Very disappointing

Dear Aaron, Again, as for the room you wanted because you saw pictures of the hotel (but cannot book this type room on Expedia), the size of the room is pretty clear when making a booking. We are truly trying to be as clear as possible in the reservation process but we cannot be behind all guests making reservation to read all the conditions with them. Just for our readers to know, Aaron spent less than 30 minutes in the room, write a bad review on Google without even contacting the front desk agent (who will have been more than happy to find a solution if there was a problem) and did not even sleep at the hotel. We love the stay in le Walt , we were on honeymoon and Paris was the best county to start ! Thank you le Walt for everything , the front desk guys very attentive and nice ! 👍

Beware of false advertising at Hotel Le Walt in Paris. Despite booking an Executive room advertised for three people, the hotel's policy only allows for two. My friends and I, including a pregnant friend, were abruptly asked to leave, leaving us stranded in a foreign city amidst inclement weather. This experience was not only distressing but also unsafe, as we struggled to find alternative accommodations on short notice. The discrepancy between the hotel's advertisement and its actual policy, coupled with the lack of consideration for guests' safety, is appalling. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

Dear Ms. Prieto, after reading your review, I still wonder how you can have the nerve to write so many lies in a single comment.I have very little consideration for people who lie throughout their stay and file a chargeback with their bank to avoid paying when they are clearly at fault.This response will therefore be to clarify the situation to our future guests who may read us.There are 3 of you arriving at the hotel (for a 3-night stay) even though it is clearly specified on Expedia that the Executive room can only accommodate 2 people (exception for babies under 3 years old, which didn't seem to be the case for you). I was at the hotel during your check-in and the receptionist who greeted you made it clear that the room was for two. Your answer: our friend doesn't sleep at the hotel. Still believing in your good faith, we allowed you access to the room.After the first night, the receptionist who was at the front desk in the morning saw you leaving the hotel at 3. He told you again that the room was for 2 : new lie.After the second night, we looked at the cameras: after checking, it turns out that you were initially getting into the elevator as a pair while your friend was waiting outside. A few minutes later, the third person was heading towards the elevator when one of the two already upstairs came down to unlock the elevator. When we told you that we had cameras, that we had seen you come home at 3 and that you therefore had to pay extra for the first two nights because we did not respect the rules of the hotel and took an extra room for the last night, you have again tried to justify yourself by lying.You finally paid, decided ON YOUR OWN to leave the hotel and asked your bank to block the payment.These practices are both shameful and disrespectful of the work of each member of my team.It is a shame that we cannot put video or screenshot when answering this type of comment. This would have participated in showing your bad faith and your disrespect. I will not fail to report your behaviour to Expedia. Baudouin TertraisHotel Manager

Super helpful staff. Great location and next to a metro station. Eiffel Tower an easy walk to and lots of restaurants nearby. Would happily stay here again.
