Exceptional staff
Posted 27 Jul 2018I booked 1 night due to a business meeting nearby. Check-out usually only up to midnight but I faced the dilemma of my flight being delayed by 3.5 hours and I was so worried about the check-in. Hotel staff were very quick to respond to my message and were very accommodating for a late check-in. The next day I needed help with travel to the meeting and the staff were very kind in helping to arrange a taxi but also check that card would be accepted. Merci beaucoup! The only thing I would mention as an improvement is that air conditioning could be installed, with it being so hot this time of year that would have been a real bonus to the Hotel. Apart from that the rooms are delightful, just right,very clean and super comfortable pillows! I would definitely recommend this Hotel! P.s lovely location too!
