No communication between day & night receptionist

He was the worst stay in hotel in Paris even we find a mouse in the room this is very bad for a hotel four star The worst thing is when we report it to the front desk they told me is normal in Paris there is plenty mouses and rats this is not answer to give for comforting people.

I love Paris and the Hotel California

We loved our stay at the Hotel California. The desk people arranged our rooms efficiently for all of us. I’m 81 and my room had a walk in shower and grab bars. My granddaughters had rooms for them to gather. And my daughter had Room 701 with a table where we could play board games. Location is perfect for walking. We’re coming back!!!

The room was adequate in size. Service was slow requiring a long wait and much staff discussion before anything happened. The “amenities” included airport transportation. They neglected to mention the fee for this which was higher than a taxi. A lot of assurances and promises but little prompt performance.

This Hotel is perfectly located and just off the Champs-Elysees. The staff was very friendly and the hotel was clean and inviting. We had a standard room. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was well appointed but very narrow and only room for 1 person at a time. There was a great Irish Pub a few doors down that had great food. If in Paris again i would definitely stay here again.

Location is great. Two minutes from champs elysees. Staff is so so. Some are very friendly and some are unfriendly. Breakfast is average and if you want an omelette or sunny side eggs you need to pay an extra 7euros or just settle for the cold scrambled eggs. Dishes need to be checked as some were dirty. Room and bathroom were clean and well heated.
