My error was to book a non refundable reservation. That said, when posed with a significant health emergency and reaching out to the hotel via Expedia back 2 months ago to see if we could either be refunded or date changed, the callous hotel management declined our request for assistance. Very heartless treatment by this hotel.

Nice place but very very small. Could barely even fit my small carry on size luggage
