Location is great, just outside of Les Halles, which has metro lines and shopping. Also a 5 minute walk to the Seine and Le Marais.

Construction of the lobby was taking place during my visit. On several occasions, the elevator was not operational. On 2 days, electricity was turned off much of the day. There was emergency lighting in the halls, but it didn't always work. One day I walked into someone waiting for the elevator because the interior halls were so dark and I didn't see him. Furthermore, I should have been told that there would be construction before I reserved a room. Also, the fact that we would need to go to a supply room for fresh towels, soap (the soap canister in my bathroom was almost empty when I arrived), and toilet paper - that was not communicated to me at check-in! Only after I went to the front desk and asked for a roll of toilet paper was I told about the supply closet.

很好的地理位置，晚上休息我在4层很安静，服务人员都非常友好，酒店周围饮食和交通便利。会可以在酒店里自己做饭，简易厨房东西齐全。

Stayed for 3 nights starting 25 April 2024. the reception area and first floor were under construction. Only one small lift was available for guests to use, and only from the first floor. Fitness room was closed. It was a mess. However, the recently renovated guest room was very nice. But, would not recommend staying here until construction is finished.

Unfortunately the hotel under renovation and the smell of paint and work in the lobby was awful … better close the hotel finish the renovation and reopen

I was not aware of the construction on-going at the site. Rooms were very nice but construction led to crowded/delayed elevator and no extra services. Area of hotel is very nice. Once construction is complete, the hotel will be great.

Lots of construction happening and it started one day at 7:50am. The staff is really nice and apologetic. The rooms are very large for Paris and new.

Location is amazing if you want to take advantage of the Paris subway system. very easy, safe and walkable. In the middle of so many restaurants, we tried a different one for breakfast and dinner over 6 days and only had amazing experiences. The hotel was under renovation and that was not disclosed until I booked a non refundable reservation through Expedia - very disappointed in it. Would have booked it anyway, because the hotel is great, but misleading from Expedia.
