Awful room and awful staff.

Poor service. We checked in at 10.30 pm and I asked what time the bar was open until and was told it was closed, they were still serving! In the morning, housekeeping entered the room at 9.00 am and we were still sleeping. I informed reception but they did not speak English, eventually someone came who spoke English and said it was my fault as I didn’t put the do not disturb sign in the door. They were not interested at all.

Will not recommend but may be ok for Disneyland

At check in they struggled to find our booking. Not sure if this was hotels.com issue or their issue. No apology was given for the hassle at checkin considering it was already 10:30 pm. The room is quite small for the price. The bed was big enough though and the bathroom was good size. The bed linen was not washed properly with lots of stains on the duvet cover which put us off. The breakfast had very limited choice and no hit food. Although on the third day we did get some scrambled eggs we didn’t have those on the first 2 days. The staff didn’t seem friendly or courteous- may be they are not used to families staying there. Seems to be more of a corporate stay hotel. The hotel is close to the station but seems to be nothing around it much. The appearance of the hotel is also not that good.
