I want to express my appreciation for the reception staff at front entrance--particularly for Karren who is the chief of reception-----she went well beyond my husband and my expectations in greatly assisting a retrieval of a bag I accidentally left on the Metro (the bag had my camera and other personal items in it)---she spoke clearly in English and was able to give the information needed to help us get the bag--which was miraculously found. She is was kind supportive and truly helpful --during this crisis and throughout our stay. Also, Emille a student intern working at reception---really tried to help us as well--with a computer at the hotel. Our room and bed were very clean and wonderful and the atmosphere in the hotel very classy. It was a great value for the money--and the Metro was very conveniently located---an easy ride into the center of Paris. We would recommend this property to friends and family .

The room was a bit small. We had two medium size suitcases and we had to move some furniture to the washroom to be able to open them.

We had a great time staying here and it was super easy to find. It was not as closed to the center of Paris as we thought, but with the metro station so close to the hotel it was very easy to move around. The staff was polite and friendly and helped us find what we needed. The place is amazing!

Really close to metro station which made it easy to get to Paris city center. Friendly staff and clean room.
