We absolutely adored this simple, quite, cozy studio apt hotel room. There's a monoprix across the street for quick grocery shopping, and the kitchen area in our room had everything we needed for cooking simple meals. The area is residential, quiet, and safe feeling. A great walkable distance from La Defense Arena-- definitely ideal for attending a concert there. We would definitely stay here again!

No AC despite charging for an AC room.

No AC in the room despite I booked an AC room. The hotel is least bothered and my umpteen reminders were useless. Whenever I ask them about room AC and bathroom issues, the only answer I get is “we are trying, please wait”. AC is not working.Bathroom water cool and hot mixer not working.Balcony is all broken, Room is filthy. My entire holiday in Paris is spoilt due this hotel issue, I would hold Adagio and Hotel.com responsible for all my sufferings on this holiday. I will ensure that entire social media should know about it. It’s a complete fraud that on the name of 4 star hotel, you are befooling the world.
