Location of property was fabulous. Nogent is a lovely town, excellent transport links to Paris. The room we had had amazing views of the river. Only down side was the traffic noise, which, although always there,wasn't intrusive, and the double glazing kept out most of it.

Everything was fine, except the street elevator was not working.

Fire!
Posted 22 Mar 2020 on HotelsWhen we arrived at this property, they were just putting out a fire in the lobby. They transferred us to a sister hotel about 5 km away. We were upgraded to a 4 person suite with very comfortable beds, a separate room with a couch that folds out to another bed, a desk and a small kitchenette. The kitchenette has pots, pans, flatware, plates & bowls drinking glasses and coffee cups for 4 people. The personnel are friendly and helpful. The metro station is just a 5 min walk through a nice neighborhood.
Again, this is NOT this property but a sister property a few miles away.

Air conditioning locked at a high temperature so room very hot. Given an iron with broken cables exposing wiring which was highly dangerous. No cleaning during a 6-day stay. Some reception staff were rude.
Only positives were the kitchenette with fridge, very useful for breakfast.
Would not stay again.
