Staff were helpful. Felt very safe in that neighbourhood and easy to walk or catch Metro or train to major attractions.

Very close to gare saint-lazare, breakfast had a wide variety, however in a noisy location, and rooms got hot very quickly

The hotel is basic as opposed to boutique. The breakfast was overpriced so after trying it we ate out. It’s nothing special and if all you require is basic accommodation it’s fine.

This is my second stay at ATN hotel and it is in a brilliant location for getting around Paris. I have only a couple of gripes with the hotel itself, not the staff. My room the bathtub had “stains” marks that would not come off which was a bit disappointing. The radiator in the bathroom was also broken and the bottom dial was falling off. However staff are fantastic and helpful, no issues whatsoever. Area around the hotel is ok, it’s 5min walk to st lazare station and you can get around by foot easily enough.

Their customer service is the worst that I have ever seen in any industry with Expedia being a close second.

Hello,I don't know what is your problem.You booked a non refundable booking. You decided to check out 2 days before your departure. Do we are responsible of that ? you choose a non refundable rate and you are complaining.You have to think before the validation of a booking.Best regards.

Unwanted wake up call

The staff barging into our room at 1am without knocking and startling us awake was what prompted me to review at all. That leads me to say the bathroom ceiling is covered in mold and the wall by the toilet is covered in feces splatters. At least the beds are comfy

The checkin was ok but there was little flexibility to check in earlier and the manager was very upset about me asking for it. I understand he cannot do it - just tell me nicely !
