"It’s time to check in we spent two hours outside the gate. The weather at that time is super windy since there’s a typhoon all of us were shivering in cold wind waiting outside to contact the property back in forth they ask us to pay again. I refused to pay since we already paid everything through Expedia. Expedia help us to contacted them again after two hours we give up they keep hanging up our phone calls. Even Expedia can’t get through anymore. This is my second time that happened to me...
