"many of us guests complained about hot water not working so i guess most of the room has same issues. best to take photos of damages you encounter in the room once you get in and inform them right away to avoid hassles in checking out."

"The hotel is charging extra for a stain of duvet, which is ridiculous. My first experience to hotel complaint about stain. Not going back to Hyatt COD, the breakfast buffet is nothing comparing to Okada."

"THE WORST. The comedy of errors would have been hilarious if it was not happening to my 85-year old father. Through a series of assumptions, they failed to listen and provide the appropriate services to a diabetic who had limited mobility. THE WORST."

"Clean and large room. Breakfast was excellent at the Breeze. Pool is nice and casino is big. Hotel is connected to other hotels by way of casino, shopping and pool/garden area. Was upgraded to a premium suite and it was magnificent with the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in, in years. Hotel is also close to a large mall with lots of shopping available. Highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again. "
