Must walk up 2 flights of stairs to get to the lobby and another 1 - 3 flights to the room. No lift or help with luggage. No glasses in the room, no hot water in the shower in one of the rooms and none at all in the other room. Stained sheets, lumpy pillows. Loud vehicles racing in the street, loud music all night, hotel says it is sound proofed but that is not correct. The single pane glass did nothing to limit the noise. Scary neighborhood: men walking around all hours, hollering, screaming at themselves and each other.

No hot water
No phone in the room so that you could call the front desk in the event of any request or issue.

Great location, great staff in decent room
Posted 2 Feb 2024 on HotelsStaff friendly and very helpful and always available if you needed them. Great lounge areas in reception. Room was nice a big with desk and chairs, beds slightly hard but I prefer that too soft. Only downside is all the noises you hear within the hotel, so other people’s bathrooms, the A/C humming from other rooms from outside your room, ear plugs a must, very quiet once everyone’s asleep. Excellent location
