Although bottom floor is under construction, other areas are nicely renovated.

The staff are lovely. Especially the young womanwho checked us in. She is 5 stars by herself! The rooms are nice. Not out of date. Thank you.

The rooms were beautiful and very clean. Front desk lady was very welcoming, ladies cleaning the rooms very friendly and the lady serving the breakfast was also very friendly and kept everything full. The breakfast was outstanding. Highly recommend staying here

Nice and clean stay

Beware of misleading room descriptions
Posted 25 Feb 2024 on HotelsWe booked a suite online because it stated the room had one large king sized bed and one couch with pull out bed. It was myself and my daughter and we wanted seperate beds. We arrived at the hotel, paid, and went up to our room. The room was weirdly empty with only a bed and nothing else. We went back to the lobby to ask about it and the lady said that the hotel was under construction and they didn't have their new couches yet. She also stated that they were fully booked and there wasn't any other room she could give us and no additional beds. We wouldn't have minded had we have been given a heads up, but this really felt dishonest - especially considering the high price of the room. Also, the bathroom door didn't fully latch closed so we had to place a towel on the floor to keep it from opening. All in all it was a rather frustrating experience.

I am so sorry to learn you had a less than amazing stay. Yes with the renovation happening we are still waiting on some pretty big items, couches being one of them. I spoke with you this morning and all though what we agreed on doesn't fix the hassle you had while staying with us, I hope that it does help. My apologies again. We hope to get another chance to serve you in the future.
