Nice hotel, unhelpful staff.
Posted 27 Jul 2023 on HotelsVery clean and comfortable hotel with great breakfast. But strange that the hotel would run out of coffee for the rooms for 2 of the days I was there. Not just a random Miss but also the same for colleagues at the hotel. Front desk nor the bar they sent us to could help us get coffee. At checkout the staff just laughed and said sorry.

This property did not honor my service dog and was very disrespectful and lacked any kind of sympathy all they cared about was getting their fee for the night.
The property itself is across the street from construction, very noise and starts very early in the morning.
The cleaning staff took it upon themselves to open the window and let the construction dust into the room.
