the location couldn't be better. I booked an upgraded room with a view. when we checked in, in the midst of throngs of convention people, i asked if my view could be of the golf course. she said " no, we're really booked, as you can see, we have big conventions" so, we were taken to our room #1081 ( i think) it was the first room on the first floor right off this incredibly busy and loud lobby. it was an ADA room and the mattress was on the floor. the small window overlooked a stucco wall. i said no. we went back and the bellman took us to a second room.THAT room had yellow tape covering the balcony window saying "do not use" and the AC didn't work. it was also an ADA room again (?) again, i said no. the third room was acceptable. the BR sink was clogged but i was exhausted and i wasn't going to move again.
