Customer service is rude the hotel pretty the beach everything nice some employees from customer service so rude !

The Rui was a great place to stay! Staff was extremely nice and helpful. It was near Atlantis which we could walk to within a 15 minutes. Would book again!

We had a great stay. This property gives more hotel vibes than resort vibes. It is a fabulous party hotel and love the all inclusive option which is limited in the Bahamas. The food was okay. The beach was gorgeous! Many of the staff were not overly hospitable. It took four phone calls and two days to get clean towels. With all that being said, I would stay there again.

The RIU Paradise was a nice place with extremely nice staff (except for 1 manager!). We stayed 5 nights which was just the right amount of time to do 2 excursions and have ample time to relax. The dining reservations are very inconvenient - they don’t permit restaurant reservations the first two days and then you need to be logged into an app at midnight to ensure you will get one because they fill up quickly. I had the best ribeye steak at the steakhouse. All communication with the hotel is done through the app - which was not always working. And in order to get onto their WiFi you are required to enter Personal Identity Information.
There were 4 liquor choices in the room and they are not willing to change them out and they only stock a local light beer in the room again our requests for alternatives were refused. We were told that we could go to the bar and have them fill glasses to bring to our room.
Overall a nice vacation but may not go back to that resort.
