The location is a couple blocks from Centro. A quick taxi ride to Centro so the location is great and was quiet.
We required a change from our original booking and the staff helped with this in a very professional manner.

The property is ok to where it is located. Parking is horrendous.
Requested one room with two beds. After I paid it turned out that the room had one bed. Forced to rent two rooms. Much better properties in town.

Gustavo gracias por sus comentarios, nos ayudan a mejorar. Lamentamos que haya tenido una mala experiencia con nuestro estacionamiento, lo estamos remodelando y por unos meses estará inhabilitado, le pedimos una disculpa por no haberle notificado a tiempo. Respecto a su habitación tenemos en nuestro registro que ocupó la habitación 205 que tiene 2 camas matrimoniales y que en su estancia rentó una sola habitación. Sin embargo vamos a verificar si hubo algún malentendido ya que para nosotros es muy importe que nuestros clientes queden satisfechos con nuestro servicio y obtengan lo que reservaron.
